I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I officially launched my business in November 2023 with a mission to empower individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals through a non-restrictive, holistic approach. My focus is on mindset, nutrition, and fitness, creating sustainable, personalized strategies that fit into each person's lifestyle. My goal is to help you build lasting confidence, cultivate a positive relationship with food, and embrace balanced habits that promote long-term success—without the pressure of fad diets or extreme measures.

Since 2012, I’ve also built a career as a probation officer, where I’ve worked extensively with individuals to support meaningful behavior change. This experience, grounded in evidence-based practices and behavior change theory, has given me an understanding of what it truly takes to help people shift their mindset, set achievable goals, and make lasting changes in their lives.

For years, I was passionate about fitness and nutrition but found myself stuck in a cycle of strict food rules, over-exercising, and the belief that shame would drive me to change. It wasn't until 2020, that my "aha" moment happened. I was sitting at my desk, eating a piece of homemade low-carb cheesecake while avoiding an apple because of the carbs. It was in that absurd moment that I realized: what if I invested as much time into loving my body as I did trying to change it? That’s when my transformation began. I ditched the scale, let go of the food rules, and committed to changing my mindset and self-talk.
